At the Center for Social Change (CSC), our mission is to empower individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities — including those on the Autism Spectrum — through compassionate, individualized, and high-impact services.

Rooted in Maryland, our diverse programs are designed to meet the unique needs of children, adults, and families. From community-based residential homes to vocational training, supported employment, and day habilitation programs, we offer pathways to independence, dignity, and personal growth. We also provide specialized Medicaid waiver services for individuals with dual diagnoses, autism, medical fragility, and behavioral challenges.
